Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address as parcels which are returned to us as undeliverable will incur a re-dispatch/delivery fee. Freight charges paid for the original dispatch are not refundable. We offer free delivery for purchases over $150, only for Australian customers.

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed we endeavor to ship your order same day if it is received before 10am. Your parcel/carton in Australia will generally be delivered by Australia Post Parcel Pack Service and in most cases will be received within 3 business days after payment for the order is placed in metropolitan areas. Please allow up to 7 days in regional districts. We may also use other services like Startrack or Express Post options dependent on the deliver address.

International orders are shipped via DHL Global Mail and are trackable, requiring a signature when delivered. International orders are shipped each Tuesday and Friday and dependent on the Country of destination take from 5-21 days to deliver. Further delays may be experienced during the Christmas period.

Goods will not be shipped until payment is received. Even though at we take pride in the care we take with packing all of our internet, phone and mail orders, sometimes, accidents or errors occur. Notification of faulty, damaged, incorrect or missing products must be received by our Customer Service Department within 48 hours of your parcel being received. Should your parcel contain a damaged, faulty item, or item not as described we will provide instructions on how to return goods as set out below in our returns section.


Your satisfaction is important to us. However, please choose carefully before you buy as we are unable to accept returned products or DVDs which are not to your taste or do not meet your personal expectations; we will only replace items which are found to be faulty. We do not offer a satisfaction guarantee on any of our products, however true to our high level of customer service, we will always endeavor to keep our customers happy and satisfied. We are unable to offer an exchange policy on change of mind for DVD purchases.

You may return a product that has a manufacturing defect for replacement or credit. Please read through the following steps carefully if you wish to return goods to us.

To return a defective product, you must return the product within 30 days of purchase. Item's where possible should be in its original packaging. You should email or ring us to notify us of your intention to return the goods and the fault with the product.

Include return paperwork detailing the nature of the defect, the invoice number for your order and whom you contacted relating to the items return. We will then examine the product and if it is found to be defective you will be issued with a replacement.
