SHIPPING

Xvideo understands that you would like to receive your order as quickly as possible after placement. To this end, it is important that you enter the correct delivery address - parcels which are returned to us as undeliverable will incur a re-dispatch/delivery fee and further delays as a result. Freight and transport charges paid for the original dispatch of an order are not refundable. We do offer free delivery for purchases over $150.

When your order is placed and final payment is confirmed, we aim to ship your order the same day if it received before 10am on a business day. For Australian orders of our DVDs, your parcel/carton will generally be delivered by Australia Post Parcel Pack Service and in most cases delivery will take 2-5 business days after the order has been shipped. Please allow for up to 7 days in regional areas. Depending on the delivery address, the size of the order and others - we may also use other services such as StarTrack, or Express Post options.

Please be aware, that the goods will not be shipped until payment has been confirmed. Here at Xvideo.com.au we take immense pride and care with our packing of all internet, phone and mail orders - sometimes accidents or errors do occur. If there is something wrong with your order, notification of faulty, damaged, incorrect or missing goods must be received by our Customer Service Team within 48 hours of your parcel arriving. If your parcel does contain a damaged, faulty item or the item was not as described - we will provide instructions upon contact as to how to return the goods as set out in our returns policy section below.

RETURNS

Your satisfaction and happiness is very important to us. However, it is imperative that you choose your goods carefully before purchase as we are unable to accept returned products, or DVDs which are not to your personal taste or which do not meet your expectations.

Xvideo.com.au will only replace items which are found to be faulty. Unfortunately, we do not offer a satisfaction guarantee on any of our goods or products, however true to our exceptionally high level of customer service, we will always aim to keep you happy and satisfied. We are also unable to offer any form of exchange policy, or change of mind for any and all DVD Purchases.

You may wish to return a product that unfortunately has a manufacturing defect for a replacement or credit. Please read through the following steps carefully if you need to return any goods to us. Notification of a defective product must be received as soon as possible on receipt. Please contact our customer care team via phone, or email to notify us of your intention to return the goods and the fault that is with the product. You will need to include any return paperwork which details the nature of the defect, your order invoice number, and to whom you spoke to regarding the items return. Once it arrives back at our warehouse, we will inspect the product, and if it’s found to be defective you will be issued with a replacement or contacted for alternatives.
